Our Admissions Process

Are you interested in applying to our school? We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child! These steps will walk you through the process.

1. Contact Our Leadership Team

It’s never too early to begin the application process. Our Leadership team, can be reached via phone or email. Your first conversation will be a chance to let us know how old your child is and what program you are interested in applying for. We will invite you to schedule a zoom call or after hours visit to the school (due to Covid) so that you may tour the campus and see what we have to offer.



2. Schedule a Tour and Classroom Observation

Initial visits are scheduled for weekday mornings. This gives prospective families a chance to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle: a hallmark of Montessori education. Your zoom call visit will start with a tour of the school, followed by a chance to observe a class at work. Before your call is complete, you will have an opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any question you may have. Please note that these initial visits are for adults only.




3. Secure Your Child’s Space

If your child is registered in our school, we require that you pay a $125 pre-registration fee in order to secure enrollment. Payment must be received in person or via phone (we accept credit card payments via phone). This fee secures the students acceptance into SSM and sets a start date. 







4. Submit a Completed Application

Online applications are available in our parent portal, or feel free to request a paper copy during your visit. Please keep in mind that spaces do fill early. You will need to have a paid pre registration to gain access to the forms in our parent portal.
