Admissions Process

Our Admissions Process

Are you interested in applying to our school? We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child! These steps will walk you through the process.

1. Contact Our Leadership Team

It’s never too early to begin the application process. Our Leadership team, can be reached via phone or email. Your first conversation will be a chance to let us know how old your child is and what program you are interested in applying for. We will invite you to schedule an in-person tour so that you may visit the campus and see what we have to offer.

2. Schedule a Tour and Classroom Observation

Initial visits are scheduled for weekday mornings, giving prospective families the opportunity to experience the uninterrupted morning work cycle — a hallmark of Montessori education.

Your visit will begin with a guided tour of the school, followed by the opportunity to observe a classroom in session. This allows families to see the Montessori environment in action and gain a deeper understanding of how children engage with materials, teachers, and one another during the work cycle.

Parents are encouraged to bring their children along so they can explore the environment and see how they naturally interact within the classroom setting.

Before your visit concludes, you will also have the opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any questions you may have and learn more about our programs and enrollment process.

3. Secure Your Child’s Space

If your child is registered in our school, we require that you pay a $150 pre-registration fee in order to secure enrollment. Payment must be received in person or via phone (we accept credit card payments via phone). This fee secures the students acceptance into SSM and sets a start date.

4. Submit a Completed Application

Online applications are available in our parent portal, or feel free to request a paper copy during your visit. Please keep in mind that spaces do fill early. You will need to have a paid pre registration to gain access to the forms in our parent portal.
